Organized in 1946, The Glenshaw Century Club has always been a vibrant and forward-moving woman's club. The object of the club is:
To provide for the advancement of education and improvement of young men and women by granting scholarships based on merit and need.
To promote the good and welfare of the aged, poor, or distressed.
To raise funds for such purposes.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU from the Glenshaw Century Club for your support for "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" Spring Luncheon & Fashion Show that was held April 25th at Fox Chapel Golf Club. 38 beautiful baskets, 50-50 raffle, Door Prizes, Delicious food, Chico's great clothes, and a lovely atmosphere made for a wonderful day. We are in awe of the wonderful donations made by the businesses in our community as well as our members. You made our day a rousing success. The Glenshaw Century Club Gala, House Tour, Craft Fair, and Tea Table will be held November 13 and 14, 2015. More information to follow.
The new Glenshaw Century Club cookbook is now available. It is filled with delicious recipes sent in by our members. Each cookbook is $15 or 2 for $25. Call Pat at 412-486-8356 to purchase. cookbooks are also available the Glenshaw Century Club meetings.
13 Outstanding students received Glenshaw Century Club scholarships at our April 22, 2014 meeting. Emma McHale won the Dr. Lee scholarship.

Glenshaw Century Club sponsors The Banjo Club at Kane hospital twice a year. Our next visit is May 5, 2015 at 1:30 pm. Kane is always in need of Bingo prizes such as body washes, Kleenex, costume jewelry, sugar free cookies and candy, notepaper, and new stuffed animals and dolls.
Glenshaw Century Club Ladies made over 1600 Care Bears that were given to local hospitals, emergency rooms, ambulance services and police stations. They are given to children who are ill or a child of an ill parent. Care Bears are out of hibernation. Workshops will be May 4 and June 25 12:30 to 5 pm at Denise Duve's home.
Members are creating lovely floral arrangements for hospital patients. Flowers are donated by "Z Florists" and "Always in Bloom" florist. Ribbons and vases are donated by members. 15 to 20 arrangements are created each month.
